Yahala cafe located in Jalan Ampang, one of Malaysia’s busiest centres span an area of almost 9,000-10,000 square feet with three (3) levels. The spatial layout of the restaurant constitutes of the ground floor mostly serving as a restaurant and kitchen, the second floor is reserved for weddings or special events due to its opulent ambience, and the third (3rd) floor is mostly for Hookah and Lounge.

In our range of turnkey projects, we hold this project dear as we demolished all existing interior fittings and converted it to a Middle Eastern interior style, with all flooring tiles changed to a unique Arabic Style whilst interior walls were given a treatment of applied marble texture painting.

The intricate part of this project was to build and install a new façade infront of the old existing one with CNC works to achieve the Islamic patterns while spanning a height of 11 meters. To keep the façade structure light weight, hollow steel was used alongside PVC form to cover some elements of the steel structure. Our most dominating element of the building was the powder coated Middle East decoration due to its intrinsic and ergonomic attributes that show case the dynamism in DMR works culture.
